These guys talk a good game, and they may have some experience, but it sure doesn't show. Derrick is the epitomy of your stereotypical used car salesman. they show up late, and give you the most outlandish excuse, on the phone while moving furniture, then about 30 minutes into the job, 2 other guys show up, and the people you assumed were moving your belongings take off, and leave you with the new guys. my medicine cabinet was pilfered through, and my prescription pain meds come up missing. the "new guys" are sub-par, to say the least, marks in the drywall, all the way down my stairwell. when i ask about this, i am told,"whats the big deal, you guys are moving out of here anyway, aren't you?",
i wanted to tell these guys to get lost right them, but i had to get my things out, and they were here, tough situation. so, the job takes a little longer than we expected, and now they want to double the initial rate??? needless to say, i told these scamming thieves to get off my property, and i called in friends and relatives to complete the job. i would hope this may have been an isolated incident; but not sure, because it almost seemed as if they were scripted. i've looked into legal dispute, but in the end, would probably just cost more money. Please dont let these guys GET you, like they did me, i have used many reputable movers from movinghelp.com since then, very bad experience with take a load off movers/// derrick and frank

Zachary worked for us in October 2014 to Febuaruy 2015. Was terminated in 2015 for suspicious activities and possible theft. This whole report has no back bone. Complaint states that he used several movers since us and has had no issues The move is supposedly only 7 months ago and he has already moved several time. Sound like fase information right from the very beginning. We are not apart of moving help and have not been since 2012 when we parted ways do to payment issues. Said complaint speaks of piliging through Medicine cabinets which in every case of moving would be packed and also speaks of our charges in which the job took longer and this doubled the price but yet he told us to leave and had to have family and friends comp to finish. Also we are the owners of the company and are not expected by customers to be on site although we try to at least show our face on 90% of our jobs to make sure thing run smooth. I think that the fact that this report is so bad and in yet in 4 year this "Zachary fellow" is our only complaint says quite enough. And the entire complaint is contradicting to say the least. But to put minds at ease as our reputation is everything to us here are 10 references to follow up and if needed we have hundred more as well as an A + rating on Angie's list and a 5 star rating on hire helper.
