Talk America Ripoff horrible customer service billing descrepancies overcharging on service calls no responses to inaccurate billing inquiries sent via email and mail by customer and no record of the email and written correpondence outling the errors outrageous charges Palm Harbor Florida

Recently relocated to California and after 5 months my previous phone number and charges still appear on billing invoice from Talk America.

I have made repeated calls regarding being charged for a line that didn't exist, double tax charges for both Michigan & California, overcharging on service tech charges, being charged for service that was not yet installed.

I have tried on many occassions by emailing, calling and writing to get credits for the error charges to no avail. Each time that I speak to a service rep, I ask that they read my account record and see that I am not crazy and would just like to get this straightened out.

Each time I am assured that the credits will appear on the next billing cycle. Instead of using Talk America I would advise a one rate national calling plan and call it a day.Don't even think about saving money with Talk America, it doesn't exist.
