This owner, Bob Reina, previously owned two other scams Cash Card and Travel Reaction then he opened Talk Fusion. He did not fulfill his verbal promise to send me large CD to make the program work! I originally received a small CD and program would not work. He asked me to give them another chance, send me a new webcam and that was all. Then he made threats saying he had two FBI agent friends in the office ...... don't know what he was trying to get at or accomplish but know he is a con-artist and scammer!

The kept refusing refund and I've been out over $359 since July 2007 and they had the nerve to charge my card twice, once for $30 and another for $40!

Dear Rip Off Report,

Please note that this correspondence is pursuant to the notice that Talk Fusion received reference a complaint filed by Barbara Turner, a former customer of Talk Fusion. It is imperative to note that it is the official position of Talk Fusion that the complaint is without factual basis and untruthful. The following sets of facts and enclosed documents will fully support our position.

Talk Fusion is a direct selling company that utilizes independent associates to market its video email products and service to customers. As the Talk Fusion Associate application and product order form will clearly disclose, Independent associates are not required to make a product purchase. On July 03, 2007 at 6:56 a.m. Barbara Turner went to the Talk Fusion web site, http://www.talkfusion.com and applied to become an Independent associate and she also made an elective product purchase of the Starter video email product. Her total purchase was $359.67 pursuant to the following items.

The copies of Barbara Turner's application which will show she ordered the following product:

Video Email Welcome Kit-including web camera- $59.99
Starter Video email interface- $250
Video email View Subscription- Plan B- 2000 views- $40
Shipping: $9.68

Please note that the video email product is immediately available for use as a customer simply has to proceed to the Talk Fusion web site and enter their unique seven digit ID number and password. It is available for use 24 hours per day-7 days per week.

On Monday, August 06, 2007 at 8:37 a.m., Barbara Turner emailed Talk Fusion customer service and indicated she requested a product refund. At 8:51 a.m. on the same date, a written response was provided to Barbara denying her refund request of the Starter Video email product as the product refund policy is 3 days as clearly posted on the sales contract. Talk Fusion did offer to refund her marketing materials purchase but she did not return them to us; hence we could not refund her. Accordingly, Talk Fusion offered to refund her Welcome kit purchase but she has not returned it to us; hence we are unable to process that refund. We did refund her $40 Plan B monthly subscription on August 19, 2007.

Barbara claimed her web camera was defective and we requested that she return it to us for testing. At no time did she return it; howver Talk Fusion, in an act of good faith, sent her a new replacement web camera which she did receive.

Please note an enclosed series of emails, which I will be more than happy to send to you, will document the position of Talk Fusion, including the warning to Barbara when she called Talk Fusion customer service and used many curse words during her violent outburst.

Talk Fusion makes every reasonable attempt to satisfy its customers; however the aforementioned facts and accompanying documents make it very evident that Barbara's request for a product refund is not consistent with the facts surrounding her purchase.
