Talk Fusion Unethical behavior, after been unable to provide the service that i have paid for, they still do not want to refund the money. They stick on their 3 days refund policy Brandon Florida
I HAVE PAID $840 TO TALKFUSION TO PROVIDE ME WITH THE SOFTWARE THAT THEY CLAIM WILL ALLOW ME TO CONNECT WITH OTHERS PEOPLE BY VIDEOCONFERENCING. I WILL ALSO BE ABLE TO INVITE FAMILY AND FRIENDS TO THEIR VIDEO CONFERENCING AND START MAKING MONEY. THEY BASICALLY TOLD ME THAT THIS $750 WAS A DEPOSIT THAT IF I DO NOT WANT TO CONTINUE I CAN ASK THE REFUND.
UNFORTUNATELY, I WAS NOT ABLE TO USE THE SERVICE FOR MY PRIVATE NEEDS BECAUSE THE SERVICE IS NOT WORKING THE EREA WHERE I LIVE. I LIVE IN ARKADELPHIA, ARKANSAS. I IMMEDIATELY CONTACT TALKFUSION'S REPRESENTATIVE WHO INTRODUCED ME TO THIS COMPANY. HE HELPED ME SOLVED THE PROBLEM BUT IT WAS TEMPORARILY THEN IT QUICKED WORKING AGAIN.
I ASKED FRIENDS AROUND ME TO TRY TO CONNECT TO THE VIDEO CONFERENCING AGAIN NOBODY WAS ABLE TO CONNECT. AFTER 3 WEEKS OF UNSUCCESSFULLY ATTEMPTS TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM, I ASKED FOR REFUND. THEY TOLD ME THEY CANNOT REFUND BECAUSE THE POLICY SAID AFTER 3 DAYS THEY CANNOT REFUND THE MONEY. I USED A DEBIT CARD, CURRENTLY MY ACCOUNT IS NEGATIVE FOR THIS AMOUNT.
WHAT CAN I DO IN THIS CASE TO HAVE MY MONEY BACK?
