Tamala Tymus Scott - lawyer ripoff, diversion of duty, liar, unprofessional behavior Charlotte North Carolina

my son and i went to T.Scott to handle a DNA case in which my son was not the father of a little boy which the mother was trying to get support for. the DNA test came back O% probability of paternity. Tamala Scott was paid $500 up front to handle the case in court.
After the total amount was paid i began having problems with T.Scott returning my calls or being availible in her office.

When i did catch her in her office she would always tell me we were waiting for our case to be place on the calender.she even left a message stating she was on maternity leave just to find out on one of my visits that she was still in her office.
i even went to the N.C state bar for help,i got very little help from them, they look out for their lawyers "number one."

well, i found out i didn't even need a lawyer since we had a D.N.A report. after nearly a year going back and fourth with T.Scott we got our date in court without paying a dime.

Tamala Scott still prolonged giving me my $500 back,even after she had a visit from channel 9 [yes i even went that way] she told channel 9 "whatever" and i never heard anything else from them. well--two of my sons went to see her at her office and yes she was to glad to get rid of them.

Tamala Scott wrote a check out for $500 and had the nerve to write for services rendered.
just remember--you don't need a lawyer if you have written proof like a D.N.A test to dispute a case.
