My contract was up and they talked me into the stay and save program. I then lost my job and went in to speak with the manager. They put my package on hold for three months. After the three months I was still unemployed and tried to get out of the contract. I called and emailed about the situation. I couldn't even keep the minimum balance in my checking let alone pay for tanning. They have now sent a collection agency after me for $900 for services I never even used.
