tanners transmission ripped me off and transmission is messed up still ogden Utah

So I called tanners to have my car looked at and they had it towed there within 20 minutes and it was on a thursday, they were suppose to just look at it and let me know what was wrong. Instead they didnt call until monday just to say they havent even looked at it yet and so I called the place im buying my car from because they sent us there and I told them what was going on and so they called tanners and tanners told them the reason why they didnt look at my car was because it was the weekend when infact they got the car on Thursday. So Thursday comes by and they are like we took your transmission out and that was the problem so you owe us 800 for taking it out plus another 2200 for us to fix it. So a little over 2 weeks roll by and I finally get my car back and the guy at tanners says he'll call me to bring the car back in in a couple weeks to check things out. Well 2 days ago my 3rd gear started grinding when I'd shift into it so I found my warranty paper on to find out I only had 15 days to take it there to have them check it out when tanners never told me that. They said they would let me know when to bring it in so now  the warranty is no good and my transmission is messed up again. Another thing they did was give me the run around about my car like oh this is broke and your axle is broke and oh your struts are bad etc. I dont recommend them to anyone, they rip you off and lie to you
