Tansplant Transmisson Dennis sent me a transmission that was not rebuilt there was old parts , broken parts and my mechanic does not want to install it. Internet

  I recently purchased a transmission and received it on July29TH ,2011 .At that time my mechanic and I notice several items that concerns the following : This is a list of  items ,#1 The top of the transmission says CORE , this is what lead us to further inspect the transmission. This was only done in order to make sure that a rebuilt transmission was delivered and not a CORE by accident.#2 Upon dropping the transmission pan a dark brown fluid was found in the transmission gasket also appeared to have been old and very brittle. There was also grime under parts of the gasket. The wiring harness appears to be hard  some of  the clips where also broken on two of the solenoids .The protector plastic for the wiring harness was also hard to the touch.#4 The valve body and other inner parts have a dark black film when touched.#5The tail housing was also missing two bolts that hold it in place#6 The tail housing seals dust boot is cut in three places and needs to be replaced.#7 front seal needs to be replaced since there was not one with the transmission.#8The bell housing was on the transmission was not correct for my vehicle.#9The overheating tab that is stating in you contract for warranty work is also missing .This is a list of what was found during our inspection.

All of these concerns me since I cant afford to have my vehicle down any longer. If you can assure me that this transmission  has been rebuilt and ready to be installed then I have a couple of questions:1 If it doesnt work who does the  warranty work?#2What location is the work done at? Who pays for the warranty work ?#4How do I get the heat tab and who installs it on my transmission?#5Do any of these findings raise any questions oconcerns for you? All I am asking is for you to work with me ,I have been asking people for rides.Send your employees down here so that he can see what we are talking about. This email was sent to the Co. and no response from them. Is there any class  action law suits against this Co. pending?
