The owner of this company James Mongateko is a thief
We used this tour operator for a three week trip to Tanzania including a climb of Kilimanjaro and a 10 day safari to the Serengeti. He overcharged on park fees, car permit fees, porter fees, camping fees and lodge fees. For example, He claimed that a car permit was USD 50 per day when in fact it was only USD 12 per day.
In addition he operated a fraudulent kick back scheme with park rangers to get them to over charge us by USD 360 so that he could later get the bill (which we paid) refunded back by the park for a bribe fee to the park officials.
Finally, he and his assistant guide Moses stole USD 1500 out of our backpacks when they offered to so kindly carry our bags down from summit day. The prices on his website are false and misleading. This is a corrupt and dishonest tour operator who cannot be trusted.
