Tara Electric Company Donald Henry Fincher Beware This General Contractor is allowing unlicensed people work under his license and they are ripping people off Jonesboro Georgia

Donald Fincher is working with variosu people in particulat Vernon James to defraud home and business owners.  He charges non licensed contractors a fee to put his name on a project and be teh general contractor and when things go wrong he pulls his name off the permit, your job never gets finshed and you lose everything.  I went to his home in Jonesboro to talk to him about my project and he said he was going to handle my issue and he never called me.  I talked to his wife who said he was going to call me and of course he never did.  I sent a ceryified letter demanding my project be done and he had vernon james call me and say that they ulled their name off my permit and I was left hanging.  My contract started Oct 1, 2015 with the promise it would be done in 30 days.  Its February 20, 2016 and my project is not 20% done but the funds were paid.  Over $20,000 was paid.  This contractor is bogus, beware if you see his name as the General Contractor on your project.  I have already reported him to the State of Georgia.
