Target Higher prices in store Only to find Them cheaper on their website and vice versa Brooklyn, New York

I would like to make a complaint about Target chain store and their online website. Last week I purchased a Pirates of caribbean queenanne toy at their store it was $34, a few hours later after I came home I happened to be on their website and found the same item for $17. I called customer service to see if they can give me a price adjustment and they said no. I beleive that isn't a fair practice.

I also found some other items related to this toy to have different prices , this time it was higher priced online. $15 for a pirates of caribbean action figure, but $13 and on clearance at the target store. I also found many other items priced higher some priced lower online and at their store for the exact same items. I find this to be sneaky and tricking consumers, especially since these were all the exact same items. This is the only big box retailer that I have experienced this sneaky pricing.
