Requested a change in in online billing date with the National Corporation Target, for the beginning of month instead of end of month due to fixed income.

The online billing month moves backwards resulting in double payment for the month. I paid in advance because the online billing date did not reflect the change accurately, the form said no payment requested.

Customer service by phone said it was okay the paper bill reflected the correct payment. I decided its time to correct the online billing system before it went any further, I waited for the date to turn over to the correct month whereby a radio button is selected to say pay this months bill. Instead it reflected 2 months payment due.

I recieved the bill, again it said pay 2 months payment due.

This time the computer billing updated the paper bill to reflect the change according to its incorrect DATE/MONTH cycle.

The computer billing works only one way to Targets advantage because they do not have the Month and Date of billing in synch.

This is a bug in the online database system that I have repeatedly requested Target customer service billing departments to notify their systems analysts to correct the online billing function.

Instead, all I get is customer support in billing by phone and online in email, who say I now owe 2 months billing and whatever other fees are attached to that. I cannot reach Targets computer systems guys to get this corrected.

Target Customer Service Billing don't have a clue what's happening.

THIS IS A COMPUTER BUG THAT NEEDS TO BE REPORTED FOR TARGET TO CORRECT.
