Tattoo Supplies Direct ABSOLUTELY UNRELIABLE Swedesboro New Jersey

Well, I first placed my order on September 6, 2008 and the money was taken from my account almost immediately but two weeks later I still had no product. Upon calling the number provided I left probably 25 messages a week on that line. If you leave a message on the line that asks if you want to place an order you better believe you get a call back. Then when they do call back you just tell them that you want your sh** fixed and they supposedly send a report to the appropriate department.

Email seems to be the best way to get anything back from them. I have been in response with "Melissa" who has told me numerous times I would receive a refund as soon as they were caught up on their back orders dating back to June.

I did receive products from the company but the order I got was incomplete and not to mention what did come wasn't even at all what I ordered.

I have made a report with the BBB of New Jersey and am reporting their company to the NJ Attorney General. Don't waste your time with these people unless you have the time and energy to pursue it to the fullest extent of the law.

As a business owner I will do everything in my power to shut these people down so they cannot take advantage of innocent people anymore. I don't know if maybe the company has just had a really bad year or what but to me it doesn't matter. A good business treats their customers with respect and treats their money even better.

I have used eBay to make my supply orders and have loved it and had not one issue at all.
