I had order from them in 2002 and never recieved my order i even sent my payment i always emailed them and only 2 times did they email me back saying the order was being delayed due to a shortage in supplies bc demands for the product were high and the second email said that they would refund me my money which they didnt do. I would call them number on the website and it wasnt in service and then when it was in service that company did not exsist. I totally lost all my money which was about $400 o n the times a got a response to the emails was bc i said that i would sue them for taking my money n not sending me my product. Months later the email account was cancelled.
