I hired this company to settle my tax debt with the IRS. I PAID them 5500.00 total in full. I hired them in 2007 and DAN FOX Manager at the time told me not to worry in a year or so this would all be over. When i called back to talk to DAN, I was told Dan was gone and I then was referred to PAUL GORDON who was to take over my case and handle my tax problem with his staff working to get my tax debt resolved. NOW the phone numbers all ALL disconnected, No return emails from any one and I am still left with the same tax debt I had before!!!! If any one can help me to find these people to get money money back or just give me advice on what to do please help!!!!! I am a good person who hired what I thought was a good Company to do a job for me who ended up taking my money!!!!!!

Hi there,
Just wanted to let you know that I also (my husband and I) also got took for around $4500.00..............same situation as you and several people. TOny in Atlanta and I have been in touch and now working in tandem to get other people that were also scammed and file a Class Action lawsuit...............so far we have 6 people which is plenty. You only need 3-5 people to do so............
What they did is SO wrong!!!! I have more details.....but the more people we find the stronger our case will be.....................
Let me or Tony know if you would like to join us in this lawsuit...............
