This company paints a very pretty picture, Your original contact will tell you everything you want to hear. Then you find out they do nothing until you have paid in Full. You never talk to an attorney, you never get anything in writing, you are promised the moon and all you get is trash. You will not get a large reduction, you will not get payments to fit your budget. They tell you you will have a small payment and in the end you will have a payment that is more than a house. This company gives you to the wolves when you get your money paid and then they will give you a deadline of 24 hours to make a decision or else.... do not use this company
