Tax Relief ASAP rip off, fraud, misleading, waste of time and money orange California

Payed TAX RELIEF ASAP to resolve my tax problems. Was told that they would work both with the IRS and State. Payed my fees and waited for results.. When I called for an update was told that the person handling my case was in court, unavailable and would call me back. I was finally told that he was out sick. We I called again I was told he was on medical leave and my case had been taken over by someone else. The someone would call me back; never heard from the someone. This dragged on until it was time to file another tax return so they could no renogiate until my 2008 taxes were done. Payed for the tax returns to be done, faxed my paperwork and never heard from them again.. Tried to contact them and all numbers are disconnected. I am now out 5000.00, coupled with my tax issues plus P and I.  Is there a class action against them or anyway for me to recoup my money?
