I was contacted by Ruben Torres who led me to believe that someone ( Michelle Nuyen, Esq.) would actually be working on my case in Feb. 2005. I was then contacted again by another case holder who needed more info they already had. I became a little suspicious because of the questions they were asking me and information they needed should have already been taken care of by now.

After trying several times to contact them back in March 2005, I realized that I had been taken advantage of.

I will do anything to make sure these people are put in jail and they are dis-barred. I will also look forward to any class action lawsuit against TRA.

As far as I am concerned Richard L. Hargas's letter does not let him out of this. I will go after him and his associates tooth and nail.
