tax results Complete Rip off - Didn't NOT save me one cent and took $1500 from me even though they have "guarantee" Internet, Internet

Tax Results advertises that they will help you with back taxes etc. I called them and talked to someone who told me that they have a "guarantee" that if they can't save you what they charge you in fees then they will refund your money. Not only that, they require to see everything upfront (all your taxes and paperwork) to verify that they can indeed help you before they will take on your case. In my case, I owed approx 9k in taxes from 3 years prior. Tax Results charged me $1500 upfront and told me they would most likely eliminate all my debt or I might still owe $2-3k which I said was fine. 

After they got my $1500, they would not return my calls or emails. After calling multiple times over the next 3 months and talking with the VP they said they couldn't get it reduced and that I still owed the $9k bill. I said this is ridiculous, you have all my info upfront and promised me and "guaranteed me that if you couldn't save me at least what you charged me it would be free. They came back to me and said "well, we have a lot of man hours invested and we just can't refund you any money, sorry".

They are a complete scam
