Taxmasters, TMIRS Enterprises, Cox & Associates Taxmasters.com charged me 7000 dollars, for the nightmare that ensued. Houston, Texas

On December 29th, 2009 I called Taxmasters, to help with my tax filing, I haden't paid taxes since 2002, although  I had filed those years since, I needed them to be ammended, form 2003 and 2004.

I explained to a very nice woman I needed these years ammended, and an offer in Comprimise, done for 2003 through 2009.The contract she faxed me didn't reflect what we had talked about, I wrote in the changes, and like an idiot I signed it.

After faxing all my copys of returns 2003 -2008, and all paperwork for 2009 I wated 30 days, and called to get my status, they were in question, they had never received any fax from me.This was the begining of a nightmare, in which I talked to a different person every time I called, nobody seemed to know anything, and I was never apointed a person to handle my case.

I wrote and letter, and an e-mail stating i wanted to cancil my contract and get my money back, they e-mailed me and said wait 4 to 6 weeks, and of course I never heard from them again.

I filed a complaint with BBB, and 2 day later they sent me an e-mail saying they would help me but I had to cooperate with them.At 1 popint they sent me a letter saying I didnt owe any money to the IRS which would be great but I know its just not true.

Please help me get my money back from these crooks, they just sent me a letter asking  for opaper work, for the years 2004 through 2009 which I dont have, and I had given them all I had in december.

I could go on and on. there BBB rating is "F"
