TaxMasters Tax Masters, Patrick Cox Tax Representation Scam Houston, Texas

I contracted TaxMasters in September of 2009 to work out a settlement of tax issues with the IRS and New York State. As of May of 2011, The IRS has rejected without review 3 Offer in Compromises because TaxMasters made errors on the forms and/or did not include any of the documentation required, all of which has been assembled and supplied to them NUMEROUS times.
          New York State was never contacted at all and in November 2010 they seized every dime I had in the bank. TaxMasters did not respond in any way except to ask me for yet another Power of Attorney form (the third I had supplied) In January of 2011 the state again seized my bank accounts and again TaxMasters did nothing, they have not even returned calls from the NYS Tax Dept. as of today.
         Working directly with the state myself I got the seizures reversed because the funds in the accounts were exempt funds.
        The process is dead at the IRS. My case has been closed and I have to start all over again. The case with the state has never even begun. TaxMasters was paid almost $9000 in 2009, has done little or nothing since then and my tax debt has gone up astronomically while TaxMasters dawdled. Incompetence, negligence, errors, and omissions too numerous to mention in one letter.
          This is not just a matter of complete incompetence, its a matter of out and out intentional fraud
