Taylor Woodrow and Michael J.Moser started a building project in Panama city florida by luring in prospective buyers in with beautiful pictures etc... They required 20% down and to get money they lied to us saying that the price was soon to rise to $30,000! They colluded with appraisal companies to get 20-25% more for the properties which now appraise for about 20-25% less after only 6 months! They only finished 1/3 of the project and didnt pay the contracters! They used shotty material which is creating condendsate in some of the units. They lured us in saying they were going to have boat slips. The attorneys they used pressured us to close at a certain date of face fines.

Two weeks after everyone closed they took off like thieves in the night with all the money they could leaving us with properties that are not complete and have dozens of liens on them! Taylor Woodrow and Michael J. Moser are scum bag con artists just like the appraisal companies and attorneys they used in colusion. We are preparing a class action suit against these crimials who should all be in prison.
