TCA Fulfillment Services sent a distorted rebate check the band would not accept, and am unable to get ahold of company New Rochelle New York .....

TCA sent a rebate check that was double typed with my info and also another name on the check. Because of this the band would not accept the check. Have tried to contact company to rectify but have been unable to connect with them.
