I purchased a Magellan SporTrak GPS from Fleet Farm because there was a $30 rebate. I sent the necessary rebate form, the bar code off of the box, and the original receipt.
After almost one month I decided to track the rebate as was suggested. and was informed that the rebate was rejected because the receipt did not identify the product correctly.
After reading what others have gone through with TCA I decided to take a shortcut. I returned the unit to Fleet Farm and they graciously accepted it. I also emailed the company that manufactures the GPS, but they have not responded as yet.

OnRebate/TigerDirect! I finally got it!

After sending three emails to OnRebate, one to TigerDirect and one to BENQ regarding the rebate for $50 on my flat panel 731, I got it today. I think it was the email to BENQ that got the results after a time lapse of three months. Glory be!
