TCA Fulfillment Services ripoff New Rochelle New York

I have purchased a CD-RW from Staples with $10 rebate. I received a check for the $10 and I try to deposit it. After few days I got a letter from my bank stating that TCA Fulfillment Services account has been closed and charged me $5.00 for the return deposit.

Not knowing TCA Fulfillment Services is the problem I called First State Bank in Lake Lillian, MN @ 320-664-4111 since their name appeared on the check, try transferred me to their 1-800-445-5992 department who told me to call TCA Fulfillment Services @ 914-633-0663 and their was no answer, also checked their web site www.tcarebates.com/home.htm and it is down. I will be going to the staples store to see what they will be saying. I always hated mail rebates and this did it for me not to ever trust any one of them. Trying to save $10 I lost $5, I will try to collect the $15 from staples since there is no way for me to reach TCA.
