I worked for this company for 2 months. That's as long as I could stand it. I'm an honest person that likes to be around honest people and that is not this company at all.

While I worked there I had to ride in the car with people smoking cigaretts, had my hours shaved to nothing, the general manager is (and I'm not joking) a crack addict who uses the F word at least once in every sentence around the employees, and even around the customers!!

They tell their customers that they do background checks on their employees but that is not true. They hire ANYONE. They know for a fact that most of their employees do drugs and I'm not just talking about pot, my friends supervison did meth and pills and the GM knew.

One of their employees was described by the GM as "coming to houston to get off the d*ck (I feel dirty typing that but I like my quotes to be accurate...) and the crack" and then they're suprised when things come up missing in the customer's homes. That's another thing, I could not believe how often things were reported stolen. Rings, necklaces, a pricess antique lockett.

Anyone looking for a job, DO NOT WORK THERE. Anyone looking for a cleaning company, LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE. That is unless you like having criminals in your home and having things stolen from you.

Come on now. Nobody expects to have to work with druggies. Do your customers understand that company policy is to hire druggies?

Ripoff report has the responsibility to verify these reports before posting. Luckily, most internet users know that postings like these are usually from people don't take the time to understand company policy.

#1 Consumer Suggestion

Lisa, here's what you do...

AUTHOR: Steve - (U.S.A.)

File a wage claim for your missing hours. Did you keep track of your hours worked? Also, if the company is providing transportation, and requiring you to use it to the jobsites, they are REQUIRED to pay you for your travel time.
You are entitled to payment by your employer for all hours worked or hours under thier control.

Also, check to see that he is licensed and bonded.

Also find out if he is paying workmans compensation and unemployment.

Were you getting a legal check with tax withholding, or getting paid cash with no deductions?
