Mark Hayes and TCI Press, Inc. refuse to pay their outstanding balance for services provided by Labels & Decals International, Inc. Mr Hayes and TCI Press, Inc. are aware that this debt has been outstanding since December of 2009, yet they still refuse to honor this financial obligation.
Numerous calls and messages for Mark Hayes have been placed, none of which have been returned. Furthermore, the staff of TCI Press and Mark Hayes' office have lied numerous times about keeping appointments to discuss or resolve as scheduled or returned an email to that effect.
The fact that a company can operate like this in this industry is unsettling. Mr. Hayes and TCI Press, Inc. are in the process of being called under review by all appropriate industry-related state and federal agencies to make sure they are more responsible in carrying out licensing requirements than paying bills.

I was employed by TCI at the time this supposed order was made and not paid for. It is all completely false, you acknowledge we are a printing company, yet claim we are ordering labels to be made?? Does that make sense to anyone? I worked at TCI for over 10 years and I do not appreciate Mark's name being put out there negatively. Shame on you!
