TDR Tree Service Warranty Ignored Mesa Arizona

 The mark of a good contractor isn’t always the work they do, but the follow up when there is an issue. Landing the job, Trey at TDR Tree service was on top of things, doing the work was on time. However, there was an issue and the trees that were planted died within a month. Trey agreed to a resolution of essentially a refund for $1100 for the dead trees and to have another plant them. Here’s where the problem began. Once the agreement of resolution was reached, nothing happened. Worse, he would not even answer the phone or reply to test messages. He missed at least one appointment where the agreement was to be executed, didn’t call or inform that he was unable to honor the commitment at that time and didn’t return calls when we called him to find out what the issue was. So, we resorted to using different phones so he would answer. In so doing, we reached another agreement on resolving the issue which has not taken place and yet again, no answer to our phone calls or text messages. A contractor is as good as his word, and from what we can see, Trey’s word is meaningless.
