TDW Closeouts, The Discount Warehouse Fraudulent Transaction, Misleading Information, Refuses to talk with you after the Sale! Lost $2200.00 Sunrise Florida

I've read about a lot of fraudulent transactions that have happened with TDW on this site as well as other sites. I lost $2200.00 in one transaction with TDW Closeouts. I won't go in to the details because they are identical to the other reports. I've noticed what people have been saying on the rebuttals and I only have this to say.

"TDW Closeouts" knows what they are doing. It is obvious that they have been practicing bad business for awhile... someone said that they have been in business for 13 years... well... committing fraud for 13 years. They have multiple websites under different names, they only take wired transactions, they have numerous bad reports posted on the internet, they refuse to respond to the BBB, and I personally have had a consumer organization contact them and tell me that they are bad news. The owner even admitted that he was wrong and refused to do anything about it. What does it take for those that send in rebuttals to understand that they are pure FRAUD. In most of the reports that I have read, they have committed Fraud or mislead consumers above and beyond the terms/contracts they have everybody sign. I personally didn't even get all that I ordered... I ordered a 6' pallet of product and they sent me the wrong stuff only about 3' high... in addition... the stuff wasn't just returned merchandise.

It was completely shattered and destroyed like it was dropped off of a 10 story building... that isn't return merchandise! I've been in retail for over 15 years... that isn't return merchandise! Bottom line is that it is disgusting that this company gets away with this type of practice or fraud. Honest people are getting screwed. The fact is... it's WRONG. I hope that these companies eventually get what they deserve. I don't see how people who support them, rebuttal in their favor, or work for them sleep at night.

I'm done being mad about it and it is certainly a lesson learned but none of these situations should have happened and the company is not right. They need to be shut down and pay for bad business practices.

I have a detailed file on them with all the issues that I have dealt with. I also have the information of the consumer company's efforts too for anyone who is pursuing legal avenues.
