Tea-mails.com is refuses to pay my earnings demanding that I them 0.03% trade fee. The Contract I signed with them did not stipulate this requirement. Internet

I signed a contract with Tea-mails.com on 28/11.08 as an Free Affiliate member to read mail and click Ads at their Website. and then upgraded to Diamond member on 01/01/09.

For my part, I have fulfilled all the terms of the contract but they on their part are now saying I must pay a fee first before I am paid.
I even asked them to deduct the fee from my earnings which by now are quite substantial, but they refuse to do so, insisting I pay the fee from my pocket.

Its now well over a month beyond the 7-15 days it is supposed to have taken them to remit my earnings and I am not convinced they are dealing with me in good faith at all.
