Team lava Deceitful unscrupulous money hungry disgusting customer service Redwood city, California
For years now players have been pleading for a confirmation button to prevent these accidental purchases but to no avail, and team lava 'NEVER refund accidental purchases. Also sometimes gems just disappear for no reason at all, and team lava respond to this by saying we spent them, blatantly Lying. Most glitches in the graphics of the games go unfixed, so we aren't even getting what we paid for, with absolutely no explanation by team lava as to why.
Then, this month they doubled the prices of ALL in game purchases in Bakery story. To bake food, buy decor, and expand is now double what it used to be, making it impossible to advance in this supposedly 'free' game, unless we spend A LOT of money on gems.
The way team lava treat their customers is appalling to say the least, and the only instances I've heard of where they have refunded missing gems, are as a direct result of contactin the B.B.B. I have been forced to write this report because any comments made on the team lava forum expressing discontent are deleted by moderators or TL staff.
