... In a different way than you have described, however I have noticed a great deal of negative reports regarding this company and their actions.

In my case, I was lied to so that I would buy one of their fones. $US200+ on a fone I am never going to be able to use, because they refuse to give me something as simple as an unlock code so as to use the fone with a different company ( I live in a country which does not even get T-Mobile service, I made my circumstances VERY clear to the sales girl before agreeing to buy the fone, which I was told would work under my circumstances)

All they want is money. They are thieves. They dont deserve my money but got it anyway, we need to stop them because they are ripping people off far to often!!!

$1K for a cell phone use invoice? $300. / $400. is nearly as unbelievable. If you can't read / make sense of your bill, get some help. I'm assuming no one's using your cell phone 24/7. I have two active cell phones with the (no dead zone) carrier and have NEVER had a bill higher than $74.00. That covers six years of GOOD service. Oh...by the way: I no longer even have a "land line" with the local phone company.
