We ordered reversible uniforms for our basketball team (shirt, shorts, shooting shirt) to match the existing uniforms we purchased the previous year. The shirts & shorts were ordered and delivered as promised. The shooting shirts, which were a part of the set, were ordered later. The information was sent to the vendor Nov 11,2016). On several occassions the vendor indicated that they would be shipped in a few days (Nov 28), but they never were. We repeatedly called, texted and emailed the vendor but they would not provide us with the product for which we had ordered and paid for ($300 per the information he provided, 12 shooting shirts @ $25 each). We eventually told them if they couldn't get the ordered product to provide us with an acceptable alternative, still no response. The vendor essentially charded us for a product they did not provide and we subsequently requested a refund of $300 and they cut off all communications at that point.
We reached out to them no less than 10 times via email and as many times via text and voice mail. Our basketball team ended up not having all of their uniforms the entire season and it really frustrated the parents. I would caution any small organization from using this vendor in the future and if you do, insure you get your full order before payment in full is made. Maybe this guy is over extended and not able to keep up but either way, you don't take someone's money and then not provide the good or service. The fact that he won't respond certainly calls into question the character of the individuals running the business.

Hello,
Were sorry that you feel this way and would like to tell the entire truth about the matter. When coach submitted the order to our company he did not
have shooting shirt sizes. He only had the unform sizes we asked several times for the sizes and got ignored. The shooting shirts were part of the package
if they were ordered at the same time. This program has giving us a problem everytime they order from us. They compalined that the shooting shirts color
wise had to match identical to the ones from several years ago. When manufacures produce fabrics most of the time the dye lots are off and never match .
That was the first thing he complained about, He was told that the fabrics were not in stock in the color he requested and he would have to wait, He
compalined about that also. Then there was a emai sent that if they were not deliverd by a certain time he did not want them, so that voided the package
price. were not in the business to rip people off, this is the only negative comment you will find about Teamone Athletics online. Were sorry that you feel this
way and do not understand the process about ordereing uniforms. He also complained that the shooting he wanted was custom and that is not what he payed
for. After 30 days when you canecel a order you are giving a credit, IF you would like to use you credit you can still do so 2 years later once again were sorry
thathe feels this way. We wanted to clear this matter up.
