Team One Tickets Sent wrong ticket and will not send proper pass Scotssdale Arizona

I ordered a VIP parking pass to the Oakland A's and NY Yankees baseball game. Teamonetickets.com is very easy to navigate. You click on the sport, the game and the day. I did this and clicked on the VIP parking pass for the June 11th game.

One of the employees called and told me card was not accepted. He was very professional and nice. I gave him new CC info. The Pass was over nighted to me. I went to open the pass on Monday evening and noticed it was for a different game on July 7th. It was after business hours so I could not call.


I called first thing this AM and spoke with what I think was a customer service rep. I told him what happened and was placed on hold, he came back and stated that he looked at the order and I did order the Pas for the July 7th and there is nothing he could do to help me out. Why would I order a VIP parking pass for a game that I am not going to see. He then became very unhelpful after posing this question. He told me to go to StubHUb and sell Parking Pass there and he could not help me.

I was ripped off d/t the error of the company and now they refuse to make the issue right
