My daughter ordered a jersey for a Christmas gift. She received no acknowlegdement that the order had been successfully placed and tried to call and e-mail to confirm. Nobody answers the phone and it mostly has a busy signal. Nobody responded to email either. We then checked their refund/cancellation policy online, and it says that you must cancel within 24 hrs. There was an online form to cancel the order. We filled it out and did all of this within 20hrs. She finally received an email the next day saying that her order had been placed. I replied to that e-mail to say that we did not want the product and just wanted the money refunded. I received an e-mail the following day in broken English saying that the order "have been cancelled" That's the last correspondence we've had. I can not get anyone to reply to an e-mail or phone call.
