Team USA Moving did not honor one part of their contract from pick up delivery (45 days late) to price Ft Lauderale Florida

Team USA took my deposit, failed to give me contract... called back and forced to fax contract... sent it back... waited two weeks and call.. no one had picked up my belonging... two weeks later still had not been picked up. 3 days later they called me and told me they gave it to another moving company going to Seattle and they would call me. Two weeks later another person called me and told me my belongings were here and it was the original price before my deposit. When I called Team USA people the customer service persnonel told me I was lucky most people are thousands of dollars over.

When I asked to speak to his supervisor he told me I would speak to no one but him. After I got angry he refuse to talk to me or tell me where my belongings are.
Not only did I find out this not to exceed contract meant nothing but I found alot of other people had been treated like this. They are not a moving company. They are now a broker and they sell your contract which dates have no value or meaning and they then charge what they want. you pay or lose your belongings.
