TeamLava accepted almost $1500 from me after soliciting in-app purchases of "gems" to play Bakery Story. The gems were required by TL(TeamLava) to purchase appliances above the maximum allowed free, to purchase special cute decoration items, to fast build or bake items and recipes rather than wait for days before the item was constructed or baked, or to purchase goal items before getting certain items; however, after accepting my money, TL has effectively violated any online sales and gamer service Agreements by locking me out of my property and removing (stealing) purchased items from my property without valid reason or cause.

TL suddenly and without prior notice doubled the costs of all in-game items, recipes, and activity without increasing the game income at all. As a result, I and numerous other players became concerned that TL had done this in an effort to force us to buy even more gems if we wanted to continue enjoying what we had already bought. We banned together in an online protest after pleading numerous times with TL to reconsider. Not only did they refuse, but they outsourced our private game identities and passcodes to "Agents" using Chinese political censorship tactics on us. When we used the word "boycott" in a statement on our bakery wall, a pop up displayed a message that the word was inappropriate language.

I used colored tiles I had bought to write the word B.Out on my floor. An Agent removed the tiles from my floor and locked me out of my property for four days. When I was allowed back in, I noted that a statue I had won after completing a series of goals had been locked away from me permanently. Then I used some of my tiles and wrote the phrase "Black Out" on my floor. An "Agent" locked me out of my property again and sent Storm8 (who provides game players with ID passcodes) a notice falsely alleging that I had used inappropriate language and had disrupted their Service to others. This is America, a land of free speech and consumer protection law.

Please go to the TeamLava staff on the forums, and provide constructive feedback.
The staff do listen, I too wish for a confirmation gem etc screen.
Also, Support avenue for feedback support@teamlava.com and detail your concerns please for the staff to look at. The staff do look at all player feedback, no I am not TL staff. I just know Job role to pass on relevant feedback to the relevant department.
I know extremely upsetting to lose Gold/gems, please don't let it deter you. If did get banned, try explaining how it happened and how sorry you are and were upset at the time. Discuss reasons nicely, as they will help you more. I do hope don't mind me offering suggestions for maybe a solution.
I know TeamLava can't give Gold mistakes back, Sorry I am sure the staff are sorry too.
