PURCHASER’S RIGHT TO CANCEL You may cancel your initial transaction, without penalty or obligation, within seven (7) business days from the date of your purchase. Sundays and national holidays are not counted as business days, but Saturdays are counted. If the 7-day rescission period has expired, you may no longer rescind your purchase. The 7-business-day rescission period begins on midnight on the day of purchase and runs until midnight of the seventh business day following the date of purchase.

If you purchased T.E.C on a month-to-month basis, please be aware that Tecademics does not offer prorated refunds for partial months, so you must cancel your subscription before your next billing date to avoid future charges. If you have purchased access to T.E.C. at a discounted annual basis, you have a 7-business-day right of rescission as described above in which to cancel your order. Tecademics does not offer prorated refunds for the annual purchase.
