Sent our control panel and he was to default it. He cashed my check right away. He has had this panel for over a month and a half. He keeps telling me he will ship it right out but continually lies about it and I can not get my customers panel back. Customer is threatining to sue me over it. This guy is a compulsive liar do not deal with him period.I talked to him last Monday and he promised it was going out. Called again today and he forgot to ship but it is going out. Total Bull crap.

I have both purchased services and equipment from Jim Rojas. He has ansered my emails promptly, and also the telephone, shipped equipment, and provideded technical support. However, I have never returned a control panel for him to un-lock.
