Tech Roger Scamed me from a 3rd party roku support chat line Internet

Was setting up a new roku1 topbox got to the how to pay for services screen and backed out, knowing it should not cost to set up, so i went roku support and there it popped up a chat box, i left my info, name, address ,tel#, it was'nt a min. and a restricted call rang, before i knew it he was in my computer through some command prompt, checking everything, firewall , telling me my computer had been comprimised, he kept putting me on hold, off and on throughout the conversation, then he sets the roku account up and tries to sell me firewall protection 1 yr 149.99 2 yr. 199.99, i said no but he kept insisting, then he said the activation fee for today was 99.99 a one time fee, no matter how many roku's i added, i notifiyed my bank, changed my passwords, contacted roku the real support at 1-800-253-2265 they told me it was a third party scam.
