Ravi Jain's company Technijian bills for services they are not providing. 

He usually gives the services unusual names so that you won't notice them on your bill and won't feel the need to question them. If you do ask, he says they are providing a service but he can remove it if you want which will leave your network vulnerable. 

 

LIES LIES LICE

Company overchargers/ overbills, bills for non-existent services, and bills for services they are not really providing. 

They don't run updates or patches, they don't check your network constantly, they work slow so that they can charge more.

Adah we do not recognize your name as an employee of any clients that we currently support or have supported during that time you posted. Can you please email me directly (you should have my email address if you were a client) and let me know how we didn't provide the proper services. if we can determine that we did not provide you the services you requested we would be happy to refund you the money you spent with us for those services. 

We have been in business for 18 years and have not had any other complaints other than yours.
