TechniTrader wishes to thank Russell for exposing the hazards and perils of buying a non-authenticated TechniTrader Course. When Russell purchased or attempted to purchase a non-authentic course, he not only jeopardized his ability to learn how to trade properly, but was also apparently victimized with credit card fraud.  This is most regrettable.

Russell did not buy any course from TechniTrader.com, which is the official and only website for the purchase of authentic TechniTrader courses, and he is not a TechniTrader student. If Russell had purchased an authentic TechniTrader 2012 Methodology Course, he would have received our TechniTrader Student support package which comes with the course as listed below:

1. Ongoing one on one mentoring

2. Student support for any question with written detailed answers

3. Student guidance while learning to trade with additional lessons, explanations and examples

4. Access to the Student Website for additional training, which includes free Student Help Files and  
    free Wiki files

5. Student simulator trading training

6. Daily educational emails during the training process

7. Lab Class for new students

8. TechniTrader charting tools for trading the current market conditions

9. Access to TechniTrader Student group learning via the TechniTrader Clubs

TechniTrader has no franchises and does not license anyone or any website to sell any of its courses or products.  TechniTrader has Federally Registered and International Trademarks in addition to Copyrights on all of the TechniTrader courses.  

TechniTrader.com is not associated nor affiliated in any manner with the websites listed in this complaint, in addition all the websites listed do not contain any TechniTrader materials of any kind.  Please report all suspicious websites, promotions, fake TechniTrader courses, and trademark or copyright infringements to TechniTrader Security by emailing: ttsecurity@technitrader.info

We are forwarding this complaint to the FBI and Interpol. TechniTrader has a zero tolerance for trademark and copyright infringements, and we aggressively pursue all violators to the fullest extent of the law. All course materials of each and every TechniTrader course are copyrighted and therefore protected under the United States and International Copyright Laws. Copyright Laws of the United States consider both the seller and the buyer of pirated copyrighted materials to be in violation, and as such both are subject to a $250,000.000 fine and/or 5 years in prison for each violation.  

All of us, both consumers and internet e-commerce businesses must work together to eliminate piracy and fake products.  Preventing trademark and copyright infringements from occurring will make purchasing products on the internet worldwide, safe for everyone.
