TECHONdigital Riped off by scam artists. Internet

Ordered a camera on TechonDigital web site and all was well. Got a call the next day and saleman tried to tell me that the camera would not work with the factory battery, I needed to pay $59 for an upgrade in order for the camera to work. I told him I was not interested in another battery but he was insistant I buy the battery. After I got firm with him and told him I did not want the battery he went into another hard sell on that the camera I bought was made in china and the good ones are all made in the USA, to get the good one he up the selling price by about $50. I declined the change but again he was insistant that I upgrade to the better camera. He then attempted the drop the price on the "good" camera but was still $30 to $40 dollars more then I paid on the orginal sale. Again I got firm and told him I did not want to upgrade the battery and did not want to upgrade to the USA camera and he finally got the point. He told me that my camera would ship out that day.

2 days later I got an Email that said:
Due to the product you ordered being out of stock for 6-8 weeks from today's date. We regret to inform you that the order is canceled due to the product being on backorder. when or if we get the product again in stock soon will send you an email to place an order please do not resubmit your order again.

If this is not a ripoff I don't know what is. Beware of this company and get the message out. They now have all my credit card info and the money from the original order that I will get back by filling with the CC company.
