Techroger is providing very good service from last some year. I have services through Tech Roger and the technicians are very helpful. I have problem with Roku and Kindle to get that connected to wireless. I tried myself all the possible troubleshooting to make those devices working and also I took the help of Internet Service Provider but no luck. Then I search on google about technical support and I found Tech Roger and checked their reviews but I found some negative comments on Ripoff Report.

So I called them as a new customer rather then as a subscribed member of Tech Roger. I found out that the technicians and their behaviour are improved and very helpful. I am very happy with the support and their services so the comments found on ripoff report doesn't change my reviews or neither the Techroger team. 

So I as a happiest customer of Techroger and other people who are looking for support please avoid the ripoff comment against Techroger. This is the way that I could thank the Techroger Team for support and their services.
