In or around the month of May 2013 I changed my internet service provider from Comcast to At&t. As I spoke with the representative of At&t about the bundle package she made reference to Techzilla and the technical support they could provide at a monthly cost of $14.95. We made the  agreement.

Approximately two weeks later my computer began slowing down and after several attempts to contact Techzilla by phone I called At&t. During this conversation I stated that i had phoned the support team that supposedly came along with my bundled package. When prompted to provide the number for Techzilla I gave them (866) 827-7228. After a brief hold I was told that AT&T was in no way affiliated with Techzilla and they do not provide support services from an external company. After getting my computer back up to speed with their own support service I called Techzilla again.

This time someone named Maria answered the phone. I simply stated that I would like to cancel my services with them as I was unable to get any support from them at all. After making apologies she stated that due to a high volume of calls from other support seeking customers they have been experiencing a backlog. I said that I understood, but that I still desired to cancel my services. I was placed on hold for about ten minutes and when she returned she began to pitch another sales straegy at me. Immediately i let it be known that I had no desire to receive anything from Techzilla except a cancellation of the services associated with my home adress. She then assured me that she would cancel my services.

Imagine my surprise when in the month of June the statement from my bank showed a debit in the amount of $14.95 from my account. I literally attempted to phone Techzilla for over an hour using the four phone numbers I have for them. No one answered. Ifigured that others had lodged complaints and now they were closing up shop. Today is the 18th of July 2013 and my wife just phoned me to say that Techzilla had taken another $14.95 out of our account. I instructed her cancel the card and now I am filing this ripoff report!
