Techzilla Rebate Scam and Continued Lies/Misleading Statements/Run Around Margate Florida

I paid for products from this company upfront and was promised a rebate for the entire amount within 3-4 months. That was early July '13. 
In early July 2013 I was offered a rebate special by Techzilla for both a software bundle priced at $100, and for a 1tb external harddrive priced at $150. I was promised that I would receive the rebate within 3-4 months. It has now been almost 9 months and I have still not received anything. I called multiple times and was always given excuses for why the rebate had not yet been honored. In January I was finally told they would expedite my checks and I got a confirmation email that both checks had been sent January 28th. I waited patiently and nothing was received. I called a month later on February 26th and was told that they would track down the checks and get back to me by email with an update. An email was never sent. I called today and was given the same run around, that they were trying to track down the check and that it could take an additional 2-3 weeks. It is obvious to me that this company has no intention of honoring my rebates and that they are simply hoping that I give up any more collection efforts. This is after I paid the company $250 dollars for 2 years of online software tech support. This company has zero integrity, they have lied to me on multiple occasions and at this point it feels like they are simply stealing from me. I have asked to talk to a supervisor and was never allowed to. I have no idea how this company is still in business.
