either you go to a TV advertised phone number or to the internet....they state 10.99 for the product but will double the offer plus S&H then when you go to the website and make the order they add a processing fee of 13.98 but at that point your credit card has already been charged and there is no way to cancel.This requires you to go thru the hassel of contacting your credit card company and trying to resolve the issue with them.
I agree that most credit card companies will credit your account but it's a real hassel....the website should be charged by someone for this loophole.....P.S. they are not the only company doing this but someone should speak out and require a lawful change in this practice...

You stated that you knew shipping and handling was $6.99. If you double the order, they will charge you again for S&H. Two times $6.99 is $13.98. That would seem to be right. Are you saying they charged you double and you did NOT agree to double the order?
BTW, in case you haven't realized it, the charge you pay for S&H (usually 50% or more of the purchase price) when you order junk off the TV is actually their profit margin. It is specifically excluded from any refund policies. Basically, once you order, they've made their profit whether you decide to return the product or not. That explains much of the crap that is sold on TV.
