I ordered a set of Bake Pops from this company at 28.97which was processed on Dec. 14, 2011. I received my order, payment was made and all is well, not. Yesterday, Feb. 13, 2012, I looked at my bank account and there was a new charge for 30.97 from Telebrands for another set of Bake Pops.

Very confused, I called them and was on hold with an automated system for 20 mins before it hung up on me, so I called back and was on hold for another 10, but this time someone picked up. Nolan, a customer service rep. answered my
call and I explained the problem and demanded the unauthorized charge be taken off my account at once. He apologized and said that it wouldn't be possible because my product had been shipped and I should be receiving it in a day or
two.

I was so furious, I explained that I did not want the product, that I already received the one I purchased and that was that, I did not want another one. He suggested that they take the shipping off of the total and I keep the
product. NO, I can't afford to have these random charges on my card when I have bills that get automatically drafted from my account. I declined the offer to keep the product and again he suggest that I just pay $10 and keep it, that it
would be less of a hassel. I said fine, just make the charge $10 and we will consider the matter closed and he says " ok, I will take $10 off of the charge and that will be that." He was trying to trip me up again and suggested that it would still be over $20 and that he was just going to discount a total of $10 not make the produt itself $10.

This is so unprofessional and just plain illegal! I did not agree to anything and how can they do this? I told him that I will be sending the product straight back to the company and I would like a speedy refund. I am so flabberghasted at the
audacity of this company that I don't know what to do with myself. It is not fair and it is not right. They should be put in jail.
