I called Telecheck to cancel my merchant account and they where very nice and all they said I needed was the last four digits of the bank account I use.
I gave them the 4 numbers and they said I was not even close!!!! I told the supervisor I had the check book and bank statement in front of me and it was correct!!!! I called them back and talked to the floor supervisor and after I threatend to sue them they hung up!! So I guess I need an attorney to close my account!!
