I ordered flowers for my wife for Valentine's Day delivery two weeks before that day. So Valentine's day arrives and I'm constantly IMing my wife hoping to hear how she was surprised by the flowers. 3PM arrives and I'm a little nervous cause it needed to get to her work by 5PM and it was noted in "Special Requests" when I order. So I called teleflora and the customer support rep told me that the flowers are in transit and will be delivered soon and I should expect an email confirmation when it's delivered.

5PM arrives and NOTHING. I texted my wife asking if she got the surprise. And she was all confused and said she didn't get anything. So now, I'm really pissed. I tried getting through to a customer support rep from 5PM to 7PM. Seriously, on hold for 2 hours? I found out through their twitter and facebook pages that I'm not the only one with the issue. It's literally hundreds of people, maybe thousands, who are having the same issue. I've placed my MANY complaints on their twitter and facebook page throughout the night. At one point, their customer support line closes. It's supposed to be a 24/7 line but it closed. I'm assuming due to all the complaint calls.

Now, it's the day after and still no flowers and no resolution. I tried calling their order line and FINALLY someone picked up but after telling her of my complaint and asking for a refund, she tells me this is an order line and hangs up on me. So now, I'm left to place a complaint with the BBB and get my money back through my credit card. Thanks Teleflora for the WORST Valentine's Day experience and the WORST retail experience of my life.
